Cold Case is a visual novel following a private-hire detective’s quest to catch a serial killer at large, with the help of a mysterious new friend. Together, they investigate multiple locations, speak with various unique animal characters, and learn about each other over the course of six days. What are our protagonist’s goals, really?
The game takes a little over an hour to get through
There are three endings
The detective- Metis (meh-tis) (she/her) 
The assistant- Cadejo (ca-day-ho) (she/her)

this game has some dark stuff!! here's some things in it some may wish to avoid.
- blood
- animal death
- cannibalism
- dead bodies (just the skeletons)
- mentions of child neglect
- description of rotting corpse
This game is a passion project that I started at 15, and I’m quite proud of the work I’ve put into it :] I hope you enjoy playing cold case as much as I enjoyed putting it together!! <3<3<3

100% worth the wait! It is fantastic. everything I've been hoping for. I will say there are plenty of typos and ending 3 is not possible to get to due to some bug in the code. At the decision between trapdoor, hallway, and staircase all option lead "An Exception has Occured". I love my mice bird sibling duos "trandgender"

This game looks so peak, and I looked at the files to see a bunch of things. One of those things made me think "Lesbians?" And I smiled because I love to see lesbians for some reason?? Very cool game, I'm rating the Idea a 10/10.

This is looking really nice so far (artstyle is very scrumptious)! If you don't want any additional info out like sprites unused in the demo or anything like that, you'd need to wipe them from the release file, but if that was intended or you just don't care I'm going feral over these character designs.
